Portmarnock, Private Housing
This project involved the design of a terrace of traditional houses on a infill site in the village of Portmarnock.
We worked with the client on site section and designed a number of schemes for this group of houses which where integrated into the existing urban context.
We successfully obtained the planning permission for 4 number traditional houses which linked into the public park and formed a quite residential scheme in the centre of the village.
