Grove Road, Malahide, Co.Dublin

This project is currently in progress and has been designed for a private client looking to rebuild their home in the heart of Malahide Village. The intention is to create a unique contemporary home, while taking into account the surrounding traditional builds in the neighbourhood. Some prominent features of this home include a two-story extension, a green roof and an open glazing panel system which opens up to the courtyard.
